Status indicators
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🟢 Online | Agent is running and responding to messages |
| 🟡 Starting | Agent is booting up — give it a moment |
| 🔴 Offline | Agent is stopped or encountered an error |
| 🔵 Updating | An update is being applied |
